All Ads:

  • Must be of interest to owners of homestead cattle, miniature cattle or small acreages
  • Must include what breed(s) the cattle are
  • Must include whether they are DNA tested and/or carry chondro
  • Must include whether the cattle are registered or eligible
  • Must include the location (town, state or province)
  • Must include the asking price
  • Ad limited to 80 words, 500 characters

Ads usually post within 24 hours of receipt of the emailed submission. Ads will run at least 4 months. Updates and re-submissions are welcome. Email as soon as an animal or product in the ad sells.

How to Submit a Free Classified Ad

Free Ads are open to the public for a one-time sale of cattle or a product priced up to $2500. Photos are welcome but pictures in free ads are not guaranteed. Email your ad to homestead.cattle.assn@gmail.com.

How to Order a Sale-Contingent Commission Ad

HCA members: free ~ Public: 1.5% commission on Contingency of Sale

Contingent Commission Ads:  There are NO charges to HCA members. Open to the public, this option is a no-risk ad for sales of animal(s) or item(s) totaling $2500 or more. 1.5% commission payable upon contingency of sale through this site. If sold elsewhere, you owe only a notice to take the ad down.

Display or Banner  Ads: Any long-term, pinned, design ads or banners. We will figure out what works best according to your business needs.

Payment Options: When your animal or product has sold through a commission ad submitted here, email homestead.cattle.assn@gmail.com. We accept the following payments:

• Debit or Credit Card: Zelle, through the bank
