To provide an established, experienced, safe, cattle registry for breeders of pedigreed Homestead and Miniature cattle breeds; By providing registration certificates that will add value to homestead bred cattle for all breeders, from small local homesteads to international trade breeders.
To register eligible cattle, and provide official, value-added Registration Certificates for all breeds of Homestead & Miniature Cattle;
To safely, securely maintain and preserve all registration records for posterity;
To offer Herd Books for all homestead and miniature BREEDS (and crossbreeds) of cattle;
To provide value added certification of cattle (including heritage or endangered rare breeds);
To provide HCA Registration Certificates that help officially identify the registered animal itself, as well as verify all its value-added traits known about within its breed(s);
To properly identify & record each animal's complete known pedigree, its breed makeup, breed purity percentage, measurements, and DNA test verification from verified Genetic Labs & sources;
To issue unique identification numbers with universally recognized breed codes, country and state of origin codes when possible; (the purpose of official internationally recognized animal ID is important when dealing with export & import treaties, frozen genetics collection & storage agencies, and can advance eligibility for show classes in county fairs, state fairs, and any HCA supported classes in Livestock Shows.

Donna Grace, owner of the Bucking V Outfit, LLC., circa 1999, has spent a lifetime in the agricultural sector. She is a lifetime A.I. technician. She judged livestock and horses successfully alongside national & world certified judges. She draws & produces artwork and illustrations depicting ideal livestock conformation. She raised herds (100s) of commercial cow calf beef cattle, herds of registered seedstock cattle (Polled Hereford, Limousin, Marchigiana, Simmental, Salers), and many bands (100s) of breeding ranch horses over 6500 acres in Montana on the Crow Reservation. She worked for Livestock Video Auctions and horse & cattle sale barns, with the MT Dept of Livestock brand inspectors. She was a vet tech for years in Montana, and experienced with exporting livestock and horses over the Canadian border. She conducted a lengthy horse theft investigation leading to recovery. She has started several livestock associations including the International Curly Horse Organization and North American Curly Horse Registry in 1999, the International Heritage Horse Association, which formed the Curly Stockhorse Registry in 2014. She formed the Homestead Cattle Association in 2013, where today she maintains Homestead & Miniature Cattle Herd Books. In 2022 she joined forces with WebWatt, a Kansas ranch-based IT tech company, to produce customized registry services, websites & online member programs for small and medium registries.
