To provide an secure, established, experienced registry for breeders of pedigreed Homestead and Miniature cattle; Providing registration certificates that will add measurable value to their cattle.

To set eligibility requirements for registerable Homestead & Miniature breeds of cattle;

To register eligible cattle, and provide owners with official international Registration Certificates for breeds of Homestead & Miniature Cattle;

To issue registration number prefixes to animals, using internationally recognized, established cattle industry standards, including YOB, breed codes, country and state of origin codes; adding value & easement with export & import treaties, frozen genetics collection & storage agencies and livestock showing or exhibition;

To provide record of each registered animal's entire pedigree with all known ancestors regardless of breed(s), complete breed composition and exact breed purity percentage;

To clearly document whether a registered animal is 100% pure or less than 100% pure;

To provide registered documentation of all known measurements and DNA test results;

To identify and increase awareness of genetically distinct, obscure Heritage Cattle (endangered breeds or bloodlines) that may be little known or overlooked elsewhere;

To offer a publicly accessible & searchable Herd Book database for all breeds, and to safely, securely maintain the database online for posterity.
